How does privacy redaction work?
Choose Redact and drag across private details on the preview. A solid black rectangle is flattened into exported image pixels. Masks are anchored to the source screenshot, so they follow it across output sizes. Always inspect the final file before sharing. Project files contain original images and must remain private. Blur and pixelation are not offered as security tools.
How do I create a tutorial or a before-and-after image?
Add several screenshots and choose Story for a numbered vertical guide. Select a thumbnail to edit its caption, and drag thumbnails to reorder. Compare places the first two screenshots side by side. For longer guides, export individual screenshots as a ZIP. Check readability when fitting many screenshots into one image.
Is it free, and are my images uploaded?
Editing and exporting are free, with no account or service watermark. Selected images and projects are processed in your browser. Server-side URL capture, automatic OCR redaction, AI editing and collaboration are not included. Blogger hosting and advertising services may separately process usage data.
Which formats and limits are supported?
Import PNG, JPEG and WebP, up to 15MB each and 20 images. Large images are downscaled to a 4096-pixel longest edge. Export PNG, JPEG or WebP at the selected dimensions. ZIP downloads use your chosen format; actual browser encoding support is checked. Only edit material you have permission to use.
